Software for laser cutting shops

From drawing to quote in seconds.

The all-in-one platform to quote, sell, manufacture and invoice laser, tube, CNC, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. No installs, in your language and under your brand.

Instant quoting Real nesting Warehouse and batches Accounting Customer portal Production + tablet
3000 × 1500 mm
NewWhat's new · July / August 2026

Seven new features to sell faster and run a tighter shop.

Quotes that answer themselves by email, your people under control, a warehouse with batches and traceability, material bought at auction prices, accounting that runs all the way to the payment, a fabrication library built to your sizes and a comparator that tells you which machine makes you the most money. And all of it, now in Italian too.

New100% quoting by email

Your customer emails the drawing. The quote comes back in seconds.

An email address that quotes on its own: it converts the attachment, detects material and quantity, works out the real nesting and replies with the PDF. Without anyone on your team lifting a finger.

The whole flow, end to end · automatic
01 Email comes in from the customer with the drawing attached 02 Reads the drawing DXF · DWG PDF · STEP 03 Detects the part material · thickness and quantity 04 Nesting + price real yield on the sheet 05 PDF comes back quote instantly, under your brand

Your quoting address

Give your customers an email address; every drawing that lands is quoted on its own, 24/7 and after hours too.

Any drawing format

It reads DXF, DWG, PDF and STEP attachments, rebuilds the part and detects material, thickness and quantity.

A reply that carries your brand

Your customer gets a PDF with your logo, the real nested price and the lead time. Instantly.

NewHR · People and time tracking

From the morning clock-in to the licences about to expire, all in one place.

Clock in and clock out, absences and holidays with approval, an annual calendar and an hours report. Plus the full record for every employee: job grade, collective agreement, cost/hour and the documents that expire —safety training, forklift or overhead crane licence— flagged before they run out.

From the clock-in to the employee record
01 Clock in in · out and breaks 02 Absences holidays and sick leave with approval 03 Calendar holidays and shifts company-wide 04 Employee record hours, cost/hour and documents

Clock in from anywhere

In, out and breaks from the phone, the shop-floor tablet or the computer, with the running total for the day and the week.

Absences and holidays

Requests with approval and balance, annual company calendar and control of sick leave and public holidays.

Employee record and alerts

Job grade, collective agreement, cost/hour and an hours report ready for payroll. Plus a traffic light for the training and licences about to expire.

NewWarehouse, batches and traceability

Know what you have, where it is and which batch it came from. No more Sunday stocktakes.

A full item warehouse —families, purchase and sale prices, goods receipts and a restocking proposal— with batches and FIFO traceability end to end: from the supplier's delivery note to the box that goes out the door.

From the supplier's delivery note to the customer's box
01 Goods receipt arrives with its batch and its label 02 Location warehouse and zone batch by batch 03 Picking everything out is scanned line by line 04 Boxes and kilos several packages per delivery note each with its own batches 05 Traceability from the customer's box to the supplier's delivery note

The warehouse, in order

Purchase and sale items with families, prices, minimum stock and an automatic restocking proposal. With files —data sheet, certificate, drawing— attached to every item.

Real batches, not a spreadsheet

FIFO issue, movements by warehouse and zone, and a blocked zone that is real quarantine: whatever is held stops counting as available stock.

Answer a complaint in one minute

A customer calls with the box number and you know which batch was inside, which goods receipt it came from and which other customers got it. Item and box labels are configurable, with barcode or QR.

NewPurchasing · Request for quotation

Ask three suppliers at once and buy from the one that really works out cheaper.

Your sales side has quotes; now your buying side does too. Launch an RFQ, each supplier enters their prices on their own link and the comparison tells you who to buy from. Award it and the purchase orders create themselves.

Same request · 3 suppliers · shipping included
REQUEST OF26-00034 · 5 LINES · STAINLESS SHEET ★ BEST OFFER Supplier A 5-day lead time · 5 of 5 lines SUBTOTAL 1.240 € SHIPPING 0 € TOTAL 1.240 € complete offer Supplier B 3-day lead time · 5 of 5 lines SUBTOTAL 1.190 € SHIPPING 90 € TOTAL 1.280 € cheaper… until shipping INCOMPLETE Supplier C 7-day lead time · 2 of 5 lines SUBTOTAL 610 € SHIPPING 45 € TOTAL 655 € out of the ranking

Every supplier, their own link

They all get the same email and enter their prices themselves, with no sign-up. They can also decline —better data than silence— and you get an alert as each offer comes in.

Shipping counts

The cheapest unit price with 90 € of shipping stops being the cheapest. The total is always price + shipping, and a half-filled offer never sneaks in as the cheapest one.

All to one, or line by line

It shows you the best single supplier and the best split across several, with what you save either way. Award it and the purchase orders come out with their prices and their lead times.

NewAccounting and collections

An invoice isn't done when you issue it. It's done when you get paid.

Year-end close, depreciation, due dates, SEPA direct debit files for the bank, Norma 43 bank statements with a proposed reconciliation and unpaid items with their ageing. Without exporting anything to another program.

From the invoice to the money in the bank
01 Invoice from the order and the delivery note 02 Due dates who owes what and since when 03 SEPA file file for the bank collections and payments 04 Bank statement Norma 43 proposed reconciliation 05 Unpaid items with their ageing 1-30 · 31-60 · +90 days

Collect by direct debit

Group due dates and generate the SEPA file your bank asks for, for collections and for payments. It checks the IBAN and flags who hasn't signed the mandate before anything goes out.

The bank, reconciled

Import the Norma 43 statement and it proposes which entry matches which due date. You confirm: a bad automatic match costs more to unpick than to do properly.

Who you need to call today

Unpaid items never go back to «pending»: they are returned debt, with their charges and their days. The ageing table tells you who to chase first. And the year-end close and depreciation are in there too.

NewFabrication library

Over 100 fabrication parts that adapt to your dimensions.

Base frames, gussets, lifting lugs, flanges, hoppers or shells: pick the part, type in your dimensions and the system regenerates it —flat pattern and cutting price included— without you drawing a thing.

A = 300 mm 150
Parametric

Gusset / stiffener

Triangle with holes; adjust the sides and the number of holes.

Ø60 Ø 200 mm
Parametric

Circular flange

Diameter, bore and bolt pattern, to your size.

Ø 44 80
Parametric

Lifting lug

Width, height and hole diameter, all configurable.

L = 250 mm
Parametric

U-bracket

Bent profile; parametric length, flanges and holes.

Ø sup. 400 mm
Parametric

Hopper / funnel

Adjustable openings and height; flat pattern ready to cut.

Ø 300 mm
Parametric

Shell / ring

Diameter and thickness; the rectangle to cut is generated for you.

It adapts to whatever size you ask for

Configure the whole base frame and it adapts itself.

Take a base frame from the library and change whatever you need —length, width, height, number of legs and braces—: the system redraws the whole structure, recalculates the part breakdown and gives you the price. And the same goes for any other part.

  • Base frames, gussets, lifting lugs, flanges, hoppers, shells and many more.
  • Type in your dimensions and the part adapts —you never start from scratch.
  • Automatic flat pattern and nesting, ready to cut.

NewMachine comparator

Which machine makes you the most money on each job?

Simulate the same quote on every machine you own —and on an outside supplier— and compare cost, time and margin for each one instantly, with the real nesting of each machine. So you always pick the most profitable option.

Same job · machine by machine
SAME JOB · 120 pcs · stainless 2 mm ★ MOST PROFITABLE Fibre laser 6 kW Sheet cutting · in-house COST / PART 4,80 € TIME / PART 38 s MARGIN 42% Fibre laser 3 kW Sheet cutting · in-house COST / PART 6,10 € TIME / PART 61 s MARGIN 28% Outside supplier Subcontracted COST / PART 7,50 € TIME / PART MARGIN 18%

Cost and margin per part

See what each machine costs you and what you earn on it, part by part, on the very same quote.

Real nesting per machine

Every machine works out its own sheet yield —not an estimate— the moment you open the comparator.

Compare against an outside supplier

Better to make it yourself or subcontract it? You see it in the same table, instantly.

From drawing to price

Upload a DXF, a STEP or even a photo. The price, instantly.

Five ways to create a part and quote it with no technical know-how — the smartest in the industry.

Instant quoting

Upload DXF, DWG, SVG, PDF or STEP and get the price and the lead time right away, for one part or for hundreds.

AI that understands your drawings

From a freehand sketch, a photo or a single sentence — «2 mm stainless sheet, 10 pcs» — to a part ready to cut.

Import the PDF drawing

It picks out the views on the technical drawing and reads the dimensions to rebuild the part at its real size.

2D editor + 3D viewer

Draw, dimension and check every part. See it in 3D, bent and all, before it goes to production.

Parametric library

Over 100 fabrication and metalwork parts — base frames, gussets, lifting lugs, flanges — that regenerate just by changing the dimensions.

Automatic part breakdown

A fabricated assembly splits itself into its parts —top, legs, gussets— already nested to cut them all in one go.

Exclusive · rebuilt from geometry

The isometric view, straight from the three drawing views.

From the front, top and side views, the system rebuilds the flat pattern of the bent part and shows it to you in 3D isometric. By exact maths —lengths, bends and bend deduction— and nothing guessed.

  • It spots the bend lines and counts the bends for the price.
  • It works out the flat pattern with the real bend deduction.
  • Spin the part in 3D and export it to STL.
ISO
Every one of your processes

One calculation engine for your whole machine park.

Quote every process with real machine accuracy — times, material and operations — and combine them all on the same quote.

Sheet laser cutting

Real kinematic cutting time, slow-downs by diameter, piercing and marking layer by layer.

Tube and profile

Straight from a STEP: profile, dimensions, wall, holes and mitres. Priced by weight and machine time.

New

Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting

Oxy-fuel in full: preheat, gas consumption and bleed-off, plus plasma kerf and consumables. With a machine catalogue and starting prices.

New

CNC mill and lathe

Solid parts from billet: roughing, finishing and tooling per machine. And the lathe, with the batch saving from the bar feeder.

Bending, painting and finishing

Bending by bands (thickness, bends, dimensions and quantity), powder coating by real 3D surface area, blasting, galvanising, zinc plating and anodising.

Real nesting in the price

It works out the yield on the sheet —not just the area of the part— and groups parts together to save material.

Save time on every offer

Change the thickness of the whole quote in one go.

Customer wants the same job in 3 mm instead of 2? Apply material, alloy and thickness to every part at once and the system recalculates the nesting and the price of each one. What used to be twenty edits is now one click.
